AESSEAL GLOBAL HQ Washroom

The clients existing washroom facilities for visitors were approaching 25 years of age and the client did not feel these were up to a standard for their international clientele to use when visiting a global headquarters.

We were tasked with presenting a full design package to AESSEAL, the specification was to a very high standard. We supplied AESSEAL with samples of tiles, cubicles, radiators, sinks and toilet pedestals to choose from using our own in house showroom range.

Once the client had chosen the samples we produced, we created 3d designs for each washroom to portray what the finish product would look like. When the customer was very happy with these, they proceeded to make the order.

Lindrick Construction isolated the existing services and stripped both washrooms back to brickwork. We had to do this work within full working hours as AESSEAL are open 24 hours a day. With this in mind it was imperative that waste was taken offsite correctly. All dust and noise were kept to a minimum and health and safety managed accordingly. We then fitted all floor and wall tiles, integrated toilet systems, all pipework and electrical works. The complete project took 5 weeks
