- All Civil works – Relocation and replacement of existing drainage; excavation of former foundations, making ground good to receive the foundations required for the new build
- Fabrication and installation of the portal frame steelwork – This included in house design and manufacture
- Install external façade of cladding and low level brickwork and blockwork
- Large mezzanine floor to house the stock, including a pallet loader
- Large automated roller shutter door for goods inwards
- New offices and kitchen / toilet accommodation
- Office fit out included suspended ceilings, carpet tiling and glazed office screens (With built in blinds)
- Epoxy resin coloured industrial floor
- All Mechanical and Electrical installations, designed and installed
- Installation of security fencing to site
- Installation of customer and employee car park, and separate goods inward areas
Key Achievements
The first Considerate Constructors Scheme Site Visit achieved a 38/50 score. The final visit achieved the goal of 40/50 – with overall compliance being excellent.
Bringing a new build, contributing to the regeneration of the area.
Completion of the project took just 7 months, within time and on budget
