The client of these premises wanted to convert a top floor flat from a residential flat to make more office space.
The client wanted a quick turn around due to space constraints. The client wanted to use the space for four offices, new toilet areas, showers for gents and ladies, new cloakroom and kitchen.
Lindrick Construction isolated all services and undertook a soft strip out of all existing ceilings, cupboards, carpets and doors. We also upgraded all doors to 30 minutes rated fire doors, redecorated all areas, fitted new carpet tiles throughout, and installed two new roof lights to add natural light into the offices. Lindrick construction also provided the client with various bathroom and kitchen designs all in-house and finished by fitting new suspended ceiling tiles and ceiling. The project was completed on time and within budget. The completed project took 8 weeks.
