There are numerous types of office fit outs they can vary from refurbishing a new space to all the groundworks and making the building safe itself before refurbishing the space entirely. Before you go any further, identify what it is you want. And more importantly, what it is that you are prepared to take on.
- Refurbishing a new space – It can save time and money if you move into your own standard office. One that only needs the lick of paint. Maybe a bit more.
- Refurbishing your existing office – Refurbishing your existing office might be the best option for you if that’s the case then we can help give your old office a new lease on life.
- Carrying out a CAT B fit out – A new space, a blank canvas with just the basics installed. These basics could include; raised flooring, suspended ceilings, outside walls, Mechanical & Electrical services, and areas such as toilets and stairwells. You get to choose everything else, and really make your space your own so it can have every single detail and remain bespoke to you.
- CAT A and CAT B installation – If your space is dilapidated, then it might be a case of rebuilding its shell, before starting on a CAT B fit out. Regardless of your needs, we can help create something you can truly be proud of.
